If the system pressure is low, the clutch won't engage, this is to prevent running the compressor while "dry" (the refrigerent also has a lube in it). If the pressure is low, you should be able to fill it, but engine has to be running with A/C selected. The sensor is held on by a single M6 (10mm) bolt. Undo the bolt and wiggle the sensor out of the block....easier said than done a lot of the time. You have 2 coils, each one has the grey connector on the bottom and 2 towers on top for the plug wires. One coils does cyl 2&3, the other does 1&4. So if you had swapped 2&3 and still had an issue with 3, then look at the wire or plug. Since you have done new plugs and replaced the wire on cyl 3 ...So if your Tiburon has AC, this should fit correctly. If you want to swap your 2.0 to a 2.7 i would recommend buying a salvage 05-06 GT/SE that's been in a rear-end accident, that way you have literally all the parts you could need to do the swap.
