I have replaced the FPR and the ECU and check the wire harness continuity between the two. Truck will intermittently not start when temp is below 35 degrees. The only code is p0090. Ok so Saturday I'm gettin ready to leave work, had moved the truck around to the wash bay, cleaned it up, brought it inside to do detailing on it. get done with that, start it and throws CEL and defaulted to max rail pressure. cleared codes in the truck, light instantly came back on. checked the fault codes and found the only code was p0090 for fuel pressure control circuit.
