Another thing I've never seen solid numbers on is agility armor bonus. Most people looking for increased survivability focus on vit/HP, but generally speaking you're going to be better off avoiding taking damage in the first place, so focusing on agility to improve armor value might outperform vitality.

For your answer, try each set of the armors in the easy to make encumbrance sets (or whatever is cheapest to make for you) and test around your stamina use with fighting, dodging, and climbing. Higher armor value is great if you get into the middle of a melee fight but you as an Archer might want light so you can be agile and mobile.
