I swear by Feulings cam, I run a 525 Reaper in my 2011 96 inch motor but for a 103 the 543 Reaper is a solid performer, but if you want under 4k many people I know have gotten excellent low end with the 525 in a 103, my go to cam, good luck on your choice. When all else fails, hell there is always Jack Daniels! Wood 777 cams, Cometic gasket/o-ring kit, Fuel Moto Adjustable push rods, Knight Prowler Roller lifters, Torrington inner cam bearings, D&D Boss Fatcat 2 into 1 exhaust system and a Power Vision tuner loaded with a tune from Fuel Moto. The dyno sheet from my HD dealer when they set the bike up with SERT showed 81hp/ 97 lb.ft. of torque.This cam is perfect for cruising. It has a flat torque curve that gives you power just where you need it on a touring bike. It cools down the heat issues that come with many of the newer bikes. While the 204's are good (I ran them in a 95" and loved them), the 54's are making people happy with the 96's.We are very pleased with results of the Woods TW5-6 chain drive cams with your exact set up head work is a must! also consider the S/E 50 mm throttle body at 400 bucks its a good investment. I already checked 103" kit which comes with 255 cam but I want to use extra compression with a more aggressive cam. I think I will buy Woods TW-408-44 which Scott suggested. But with good pipes, tune and comp releases it will run great. 10:1 cr is moderate...190 psi ccc.

Andrews 48's, Wood 222. The 555's, 777's, 888's, will all fit under OE springs and are "bolt-in" cams as far as that is concerned, but those NEED/REQUIRE more compression (and cylinder head air flow) to optimize the true potential of the later intake closing cams.
